VFiles opens new showroom in Soho

VFiles, the fashion online social network, has realized the value of having a physical location. The fashion and retail platform will now be lending emerging designers that were crowdsourced from its social platform an extra hand in their growth. This will be done with the work of their new showroom and brand incubator named VFiles Third Floor. The location of their new showroom will be at 12 Mercer Street, right in the heart of Soho.

They couldn’t have picked a more perfect location with emerging talent popping up all over Soho all the time. The showroom will be an excellent mentoring space for emerging designers. The new showroom will be able to guide brands to success with resources including social media, public relations, and merchandising. Ruth Gruca will be heading up the showroom as the showroom director.

Eight brands will already be making home in the V-Files showroom, including VFiles Sport Plus, Assk, Di$count Univer$e, Andrea Jiapei Li, Ximon Lee, Julia Seeman, Lucid FC, and Sam MC London. Their endeavors will not just stop in America’s fashion capital, however. V-Files have plans to open a showroom in Paris from March 3rd to the 12th on Rue de la Folie-Méricourt. Emerging designers have a new friend in VFiles, and it will be interesting to see what new design greats might come out of this endeavor.
