Wrangler and Buffalo Trace Bourbon launch a limited-edition apparel line

American denim brand Wrangler has partnered with Buffalo Trace Bourbon, a handcrafted whiskey brand, to create a limited clothing line for men and women.

The result of a three-year collaborative process, the Wrangler x Buffalo Trace collection for men and women features versatile, modern denim styles that draw inspiration from Wrangler's outdoor lifestyle aesthetics and the functional textile needs of bourbon-makers.

“By partnering with Buffalo Trace, we were able to dive deep into the culture and legacy of spirits and distilling to unlock new product offerings that also felt right for our brand,” commented Vivian Rivetti, vice president of global design at Wrangler, in a statement.

“The meticulous skill at mastering the perfect taste profile inspired us to pay extra attention to foundational textures and details, so this collection explores premium design elements and color that convey warmth and strength, and denim washes that emulate an oak-aged look and feel.”

The Wrangler x Buffalo Trace apparel collection includes jackets, pullovers, woven work shirts, and graphic tees that seek to highlight the best of both brands. Key pieces in the limited-edition collection are the Distiller's Jacket, which offers a durable canvas outer shell with inner flask pockets, and the Barrel House Jacke, which blends bourbon-toned denim with corduroy accents.
