Bruce Thorn has joined Men's Wearhouse as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Doug Ewert, CEO of Men's Wearhouse, said in a statement, "[Thorn’s] extensive experience and an infusion of new ideas [will] help us create a stronger company and unlock future growth.” Men's Wearhouse has seen success lately, posting a revenue of around 885 million for 2014.

Thorn will now be part of the executive team that will continue to spearhead Men's Wearhouse's growth and expansion. The company is slowly expanding its retail footprint in America with plans for a new store at Canyon Park West Shopping Center in Idaho, and several other new locations. Thorn's role is actually a completely new one for the company.

Thorn's new responsibilities were previously split up among several Men's Wearhouse executives. Prior to joining Men's Wearhouse, Thorn was Executive Vice President of Store Operations, services and supply chain at Petsmart Inc. He's also held roles at Gap Inc., Cintas Corp., LESCO Inc. and The U.S. Army.
