Who is hiring in fashion in Poland?

International brands run stores across Poland and recruit steadily for them. Among those currently hiring on the board are adidas, Michael Kors and Karl Lagerfeld, advertising for shop assistants, store managers and visual-merchandising roles, with head-office and e-commerce positions where the brand runs a local team.

The bigger force, though, is homegrown. LPP, the Gdańsk group behind Reserved, House, Mohito and Sinsay and Cropp, is by far the most active employer, hiring across store, management and head-office functions as it opens hundreds of outlets a year. Why Poland hires

Poland is Central Europe's largest consumer market, and it grew its own fashion champions rather than just hosting other people's. LPP, headquartered in Gdańsk, is one of Europe's biggest clothing groups, with revenue of around 20 billion zlotys in 2024 and roughly 30,000 staff, and it is still opening stores at pace across the region, led by its value brand Sinsay (Reuters). Footwear group CCC does much the same. That expansion is the engine behind most of the retail hiring on the board.

The country is also one of Europe's largest warehouse and logistics markets, and the natural fulfilment base for e-commerce serving Germany and the wider region.
