Michael Glans Pedersen appointed head of international sales at Lloyd

German footwear and lifestyle brand Lloyd has appointed Michael Glans Pedersen as head of international sales. Pedersen has been responsible for the international business of Lloyd Lifestyle GmbH, based in Sulingen, since September 1, 2026.

In his role, he reports directly to CEO Andreas Schaller and leads the brand's key accounts, sales agencies and distributors.

Pedersen previously headed key account management at Esprit Wholesale GmbH and served as chief operating officer of Redgreen Wholesale ApS in Aarhus. At the Seidensticker Group, he led the licence brand Camel Active and the premium brand Jacques Britt. His career also includes Eterna, S. Leithäuser and the Ahlers Group.

"Michael Glans Pedersen has sold footwear, apparel and accessories to Europe's leading department stores and specialist retailers," said Schaller. "With him, we are now taking this full range to our international markets."
