After celebrating Z Zegna's relaunch earlier this year, with a show during fashion trade fair Pitti Uomo, artistic director of the second Ermenegildo Zegna line, Paul Surridge, is leave his position at the luxury Italian menswear label.

The British designer, who worked for three years at the Italian brand, is set to be succeed by Francesco Muzi, head designer for Jil Sander menswear line. Interestingly enough, Surridge held the exact same position when he left the premium label three years ago to take up a new role at Z Zegna, following the exit of Alessandro Sartori.

Muzi will be working alongside with Murray Scallon, the former head designer for Zegna Sport, following the brand's incorporation of the line. The first collection to bow under the guidance of the duo will be revealed for spring 2016. He previously worked for Valentino, Miu Miu and Prada.
