Snipes: New US Chief Marketing Officer joins from Amazon

German streetwear retailer Snipes has appointed Kelley Walton as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for the US market.
In her new role, Walton will oversee all marketing activities in the US, managing every aspect from brand positioning and customer engagement to market growth, Snipes announced on Monday. She will also be responsible for the Snipes Serves initiative, which focuses on community engagement and charitable causes.
“Her deep understanding of cultural marketing and her strategic vision will be instrumental in strengthening our brand and deepening our connection with our communities,” says Martin Badour, President of Snipes USA. “We are confident that Kelley’s leadership will drive impactful marketing initiatives, elevate brand awareness, and spearhead exciting future collaborations and projects to further establish Snipes in the US.”
The new US CMO brings two decades of experience in brand strategy, cultural marketing, and business transformation. Her previous roles include positions with the NBA, Under Armour, and LVMH. Most recently, she served as Head of Global Brand & Integrated Marketing for Amazon Music, the music platform of the e-commerce giant.
