Reality star Khloé Kardashian and Emma Grede, the founders of Good American, just last month committed to mentoring emerging designers of VFiles runway show. Kardashian and Grede are about to show designers how its done as they prepare to open a pop-up shop with VFiles in SoHo. The store will be open October 27 and 28 at 12 Mercer Street.

VFiles goal is to connect emerging designer with top influencers. With her 96 million Instagram followers, Kardashian is a major definition of an influencer. It's no secret that virtually anything that Kardashians put their name on ends up selling.

Kardashian and Grede launched Good American denim in 2016, and broke records for the most successful denim launch in history. In one day, the brand saw sales of 1 million dollars. The line is designed with curvier women in mind and carries sizes 00 to 24.

In addition to denim, the brand also carries graphic T-shirts, slides, skirts, shorts, hoodies, sweaters and jean jackets.

The VFiles pop-up will feature denim, bodysuits and sweats along with limited-edition, co-branded items. Kardashian and Grede, along with several of their campaign models, a.k.a. the #goodsquad, will also appear for the pop-up shop weekend.
