Gymshark to open debut US flagship store in downtown NYC

British gym and fitness apparel brand Gymshark has shared more details on its first-ever US flagship store. Set to open its doors to the public on December 13, the flagship store is located at 11 Bond Street in Lower Manhattan, New York City.

Set to span three floors, the new flagship store will measure 13,000 square feet and feature a concept that reflects the city’s sense of community. The main color scheme for the flagship is Liberty Green, with references to the Financial District, with in store tickers that will display the brand’s latest news, offers, and updates. 

The store’s mannequins are 3D-printed versions of real Gymshark community members and athletes, while a specially crafted ‘pizza weight plate’ further shows the brand’s ties to NYC. In addition, the store’s cash registers are housed in subway cars, a nod to the city’s public transit system. Furthermore, Gymshark is bringing its bespoke 1-2-1 shopping service to the store, where aspiring lifters and athletes can ask for help in selecting the best workout gear to achieve their fitness goals. 

The flagship store is also designed to act as a space where the local Gymshark community can come together, with the third floor including a dedicated space for community activations such as panel talks, athlete meet-and-greets, live podcasts, or Q&A sessions. The opening of its debut US flagship store comes on the heels of the last 18 months, during which Gymshark has significantly expanded its New York presence. In June 2024, Gymshark established its US headquarters on Greene Street, and in September 2024, it hosted Lift: NY, its largest event to date, attracting over 7,500 fitness community members. Then, in October 2025, Gymshark opened its first permanent US store at Roosevelt Field Mall, Long Island. 

“In the entirety of Gymshark’s existence, two things have remained constant - the gym, naturally, and community,” said Mitch Healey, Retail and Wholesale Director North America, Gymshark, in a statement. “I don’t think any city in the world places as much importance on community quite like New York. So, when it came to opening our flagship here, we really wanted to honour that."
