Avant-garde fashion retailer H.Lorenzo has opened a new flagship store in West Hollywood, Los Angeles.
Located at 8801 Beverly Blvd, the new flagship store aims to reimagine the future of luxury retail by creating an immersive environment that merges fashion, art, architecture, and the Hadar family’s passion for Japan. The result is a 9,00 square foot space that showcases H.Lorenzo's curated selection of men’s and women’s wear in a singular, unique environment.
The store is designed by architect Oliviero Arch Baldini, a longtime collaborator of H.Lorenzo, and brings to mind the sense of a raw industrial space, with signature spiral metal racks, experiential lighting, and a mix of Japanese wood and concrete. The new flagship also features dedicated space for hosting special installations and showcasing emerging designers, reinforcing the retailer’s reputation as one of the leading fashion incubators in the United States.
“This new store represents the evolution of our vision over the last 40 years and the community we have built around it. Bringing everything together into one space allows us to create a deeper experience for our customers and designers alike. We’ve always believed in the power of physical retail – in creating spaces where people can discover something unexpected,” said Mac Hadar, the son of Lorenzo Hadar, who founded the retailer 40 years ago, on the expansion.
A family-run business, with Mac taking over the reins from his father, the new flagship store sees the retailer continue to build its legacy while safeguarding its future for the next generation. In order to mark the opening of the new flagship store, H.Lorenzo is hosting a series of events, special collaborations, and cultural programs throughout the summer season. In addition to its new flagship store, which consolidates its formerly separate Los Angeles-area boutiques into one, H.Lorenzo also operates a vintage store, H.Lorenzo Archive.
