Los Angeles-based boutique Kitson recently decided to shutter its existing locations. The celebrity-faved retailer currently operates over 18 locations in the U.S. The company’s chief restructuring officer James Wong disclosed to WWD that the company “is in discussions with potential buyers of the brand.”

The company has already started to close all of its stores and its e-commerce shopping site. Most of the locations for the company are located in California, with its main boutique located in Los Angeles off of Robertson Boulevard.

Known for catering to A-list celebrities spots, the retailer carries brands such as Zanerobe, True Religion, Wildfox Couture, and more. As reported by WWD, the company has been struggling financial for a couple years now. The company also was recently in hot water by dealing with a lawsuit from Vivienne Westwood’s Rio Bravo Inc. company. Although popular with customers, the upmarket department store has made the decision to call it quits.
