Pink Chicken, childrenswear and ladieswear brand, has opened its first brick-and-mortar store in Savannah, Georgia. Located in the city center at 216 West Broughton Street the new boutique features the brand's collections of vibrant colored and original printed garments, as well as selected accessories and home wear.
"We can't wait to meet our Pink Chicken community, as well as welcome new faces, in Savannah, and we are so excited to officially be a part of this historic city," said Stacey Fraser, founder of Pink Chicken, in a statement. "At Pink Chicken, we're all about celebrating the joyous connection between moms, children, and families. We believe that when children love and feel comfortable in their clothing, it boosts their confidence and sparks imagination and creativity."
Pink Chicken collaborated with interior designer MA Allen, owner of the namesake interior design firm in North Carolina, to design the new store. Through Allen's vision, the store's decor creates a whimsical and welcoming atmosphere that reflects Pink Chicken's playful and unique aesthetic.
In honor of the new store opening, Pink Chicken will be hosting a grand opening party on September 7. The "Flock Party" celebration will provide fun for the entire family, with exclusive offers, treats, and a look at the brand's newest collections.
The eighth retail store to open in the United States, the new Savannah store joins Pink Chicken's current retail offering, which includes locations in New York City's Madison Avenue and Bleecker Street, Santa Monica, CA, Amagansett, NY, Charleston, SC, Bethesda, MD, and Raleigh, NC.
Founded 18 years ago, Pink Chicken is best known for its vintage-inspired designs and commitment to quality. Since its foundation, Pink Chicken has remained true to its founding values, designing all patterns in-house and giving back to the community in meaningful ways. To date, the brand has donated nearly 34,000 clothing items to nonprofits aiding mothers and children, with its 2022 Pinkie Bank initiative teaching young ones the value of giving back.
