Revolve Group launches Superdown with Gen Z consumers in mind

Revolve Group Inc., the parent company of e-commerce sites including its namesake website and Forward by Elyse Walker, has set its sights on Gen-Z with its latest venture: Superdown. The group’s latest online retailer will focus on the younger generation by offering products at an affordable price point while also featuring trends of the moment.

Aiming to become a fashion hub for the generation the was born loosely in the mid-to-late Nineties (a generation that is now old enough to purchase products for themselves), Superdown will include products from in-house labels as well as popular third-party brands such as Levi’s, Agolde, Steve Madden, Dolce Vita and more.

Revolve Group, which has proven success by marketing to the Millennial generation through social media influencers, has similar partnerships in the works for the new retailer. The company will be gearing up for capsule collections made in collaboration with influencers that will encourage the Gen-Z audience to recreate looks they’ve seen on social platforms such as Instagram.
