Ladies in need of your 2000 dollar bucket bags you can now rejoice. The Row, the luxury label started by Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, will be coming to New York City. It gets even better, they have plans of opening a store before the end of 2015!

The Row is carried by department stores like the likes of Saks Fifth Avenue and Bergdorf Goodman, as well as luxury online retailers like Net-a-Porter. The Row’s first flagship store opened on Melrose Place in May 2014, and was a palatial dream. There store bolsters a pool, a collection of jewelry from the Olsens’ personal archive, and art hanging in galleries.

With their Melrose place location being such a hit, the famous twins had plenty to live up to and couldn’t just set up shop anywhere. They have selected 17 East 71st Street in the iconic Upper East Side neighborhood as the location of their first New York City store. If the choice of neighborhood isn’t enough to reel in shoppers maybe the fact that they have leased an entire townhouse will be more than enough to bring in the shopping traffic.

While leasing an entire townhouse might seem like a bit much (although a retail store with a pool is nothing to scoff at), The Row has already set a precedent for showcasing their apparel in prime real estate. The label showed their fall 2013 collection in an Upper East Side Townhouse, and fashion editors were as obsessed with the space it was shown in as much as they were with the clothes. If you have already found a formula for success it is often best to stick to it.

With the upper east side being prime retail real estate the store is sure to be a success. While the details for the full plan designed concept for the store have not been released if precedent should hold up shoppers can expect opulence at its finest from this store. Shoppers everywhere will be waiting for the official date of the stores opening, but until then they can walk up 71st Street and dream a dream that will soon be fulfilled.
