Senior Product Manager
Senior Product Manager - NIKE Inc. – Beaverton, OR. Lead the creation of an end-to-end product/platform vision and multi-year roadmap for a function in partnership with engineering teams and the business; Partner with all stakeholders to understand business needs, outcomes and value and ensure roadmaps are aligned to those needs; Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, Use Cases, business analysis and task and work flow analysis; Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones; Ensure roadmaps account for and integrate dependencies across functional areas within Domains; Collaborate with cross team product managers and product leaders to address dependencies across Global Tech; Provide inputs into overall end-to-end Global Tech roadmap development; Partner with all the stakeholders to understand business needs and goals and provide strategic advice on how to respond; Utilize a "customer-centric" mindset in building products/platforms that both meet current and future enterprise needs; Develop product and platform strategies to ensure they deliver outsized value to Global Tech quickly and are built to be scalable and agile; Bring best-in-class market and industry insights to platform and product strategy; Drive the execution steps of product management in accordance with the value framework; Drive adherence to all standard Product Management ways of working (e.g., process, artifacts, templates, collaboration models); Create Epic, Story Tasks and User Stories and strategize the impact of requirements on different platforms and applications; Track the delivered value, product adoption, performance, and execution against the end-to-end roadmap; Ensure product maturity throughout all levels of the Tech Team, including support for the discipline. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Communications, Business Administration or related field and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a product-related occupation. Experience must include:
Refining product backlogs, requirements and deliverables
Analysis of business processes, workflow design, implementation, and store operations
Determining ROI on product capabilities and deliverables
Defining product requirements and definitions
Developing product roadmap and project plans
Product Management tools, such as Jira, Confluence, and Aha
Designing tools, such as Lucid Charts and Miro
