Lucky Brand, along with celebrating its 25th anniversary, just recently revealed a new retail concept at one of its newest stores.
Its latest opening in El Segundo operates as the brand’s 171st store. The new store includes a whiskey bar and high-tech displays for its customers. The location is at The Point, which just recently debuted this week. The new store, according to WWD, serves as the brand’s testing for future opening. If it does well with the new artwork, the bar, and the technologically advanced displays; it sets the tone for future stores. Carlos Alberini, chairman and chief executive officer, is the director of the plans regarding future Lucky Brand stores. “This is the first huge milestone in the execution of our strategy,” Alberini told WWD.
Earlier this year, Lucky Brand also partnered with UMG for a Rolling Stones collaboration. The Los Angeles-based brand was established as a premium denim company in 1990. The company leads in denim apparel and is known for its casual, trendy style. The brand has stores across the U.S. and Canada. The company size holds over 1,000 employees. Currently, Lucky Brand is retailed at various department and specialty stores and over 200 company-owned stores across the U.S. The company also operates on its e-commerce site.
