About the Role
The Senior Manager of Partnership Development will be responsible for helping lead the identification, management, and optimization of new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. This role focuses on sourcing and onboarding new partners, managing ongoing relationships, and continuously evaluating performance to maximize revenue and growth. The Senior Manager will play a key role in executing marketing strategies with third-party partners, exploring co-branding opportunities, and identifying new channels and distribution methods to expand the organization’s reach.What You'll Do
Identify and Evaluate New Business Opportunities: Lead identification and evaluation of new business opportunities to expand market presence and maximize revenue.
Onboard and Manage Partner Relationships: Oversee onboarding and management of partner relationships to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Monitor Performance and Continuously Evaluate: Track and analyze partnership performance, implementing improvements to meet revenue targets and KPIs.
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Collaborate on marketing strategies and campaigns to promote and optimize third-party partnerships.
Research and Analyze Marketplace: Conduct research to identify new trends, potential partners, and distribution channels.
Maximize Revenue from Partnerships: Support finance and sales teams in structuring partnerships and agreements to maximize revenue potential.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with teams to align partnership goals and ensure smooth integration.
Who You Are
Experience in partnership development, business development, or strategic marketing, ideally in retail, technology, or a related industry.
Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and co-branding initiatives.
Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies with third-party partners to drive revenue and customer engagement.
Strong experience in managing and growing relationships with external partners, clients, and stakeholders.
Solid analytical skills with the ability to assess partnership performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Experience in creating and executing marketing programs, including co-branded marketing, promotional campaigns, and digital assets.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer products sectors.
Familiarity with licensing agreements, joint ventures, and other business development structures.
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
Knowledge of CRM, partnership tracking, and performance analytics tools.
