Position Summary:

The Senior Manager of Project Management will lead and oversee the project management function within the Product and Ops team. This role will handle the day-to-day operations and execution of all product & brand projects globally as well as manage workflow and cross-functional communications.

This individual will be responsible for the creation and management of all Merchandising led timelines and milestones They will be responsible for the process for each major project from inception to completion.

This role requires an understanding of the Calvin Klein brand and the ability to manage multiple projects with high levels of complexity and a strong knowledge in the Merchandising workflow. The Senior Manager of Project Management will work alongside Marketing, Supply, and Design/Merchandising across many levels of the organization. This role has a dual reporting structure to the Senior Director of Project Management and the VP of Merchandising.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities of the Job:

Be an advocate for change management, implementing new ways of working across teams. Resolve issues, align cross-functional partners, and drive operational excellence across the organization.
Know when and how to raise red flags as issues arise that may impact delivery timing.
Own the development of day-to-day operations to modernize workflow and ensure best practices are in place.
Oversee project timelines ensuring status updates are published and deadlines are met and teams are clear on milestone expectations.
Using established project management tools, lead all Global and North America product & brand strategy projects, keeping a current status document of all projects leading weekly status meetings with cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure projects are delivered timely and under or within budget.
Possess thorough understanding of design and merchandising department roles and responsibilities
Facilitate cross-discipline and cross-partner collaboration
Create efficiencies throughout the team to ensure timely delivery of projects; while possessing strong understanding of brand standards.
Provide point of view on best practices and solutions across functions
Ensure the routing for approval and review of all materials

Qualifications & Experience

Experience:

Minimum 8+ years proven and progressive project management

experience

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in related field

PMP certification a plus

Knowledge/Skills Required:

Strong interpersonal skills; positive, energetic and open-minded!
Strong work ethic and relentless commitment to quality and efficiency
Excellent communication, both written and verbal
Fully proficient with Microsoft Office Suite as well as analyzing data
Comfortable managing and influencing people who are not direct reports, as well as executive levels
Confidently lead, motivate, and influence project progress
Extraordinary attention to detail and organizational skills
Flexibility to adjust quickly to changes and deliver on multiple concurrent tight deadlines
Strong working knowledge of integrated production
Proficient and familiar with Adobe software packages and other data analytics and project management software solutions

Pay Range:$121,400---$164,300PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
